Nocturnist - Nurse Practitioner - Close to Boston
Emerson Health, an independent not-for-profit health system in historic Concord, Massachusetts, is seeking an experienced Nocturnist Nurse Practitioner to join our growing Hospital Medicine team.
The Nocturnist Nurse Practitioner is an integral member of the Hospital Medicine team, delivering overnight care to admitted patients and partnering with the admitting physicians. Working alongside a physician nocturnist, you will manage cross-coverage, acute clinical needs, rapid responses, and select admissions. In-house physician and intensivist are available around the clock — the role offers meaningful clinical autonomy and schedule flexibility without ever leaving you without backup.
Emerson Health is a regional system anchored by a 179-bed community hospital located 22 miles from Boston and 38 miles from Worcester, also includes a regional cancer center, urgent care centers, specialty care services, and a home health agency.

Qualifications:
- Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner in Massachusetts.
- Board certification as a Nurse Practitioner (Acute Care or Adult-Gerontology preferred, per institutional credentialing requirements).
- Current BLS and ACLS certification.
- Inpatient or acute care experience preferred.
